China Risun Group, through its subsidiary Hebei Zhongmei Risun Energy Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Beijing Risun Digital Technology Co., Ltd., has successfully launched the industry’s first intelligent upgrade project for 5.5-meter stamp-charging coke oven machinery. This milestone marks a significant step in China Risun Group’s comprehensive implementation of China’s “15th Five-Year Plan” strategy to promote intelligent manufacturing, digital transformation, and industrial internet innovation.
The project covers the entire coking production process, delivering a fully integrated, high-efficiency intelligent control system for five key coke oven vehicles. It enables 100% unmanned operation of the pusher car, quenching car, smoke guide car, charging car, and locomotive, while ensuring end-to-end intelligent management, environmental safety, and predictive alerts. By replacing traditional manual operations with smart control, the project enhances safety, boosts operational efficiency, improves labor productivity, and strengthens overall business performance. Its successful launch signals a new stage in China Risun Group’s digital coking transformation and provides a valuable model for the industry’s intelligent upgrade.
Technology Empowerment: Multiple Smart Upgrades Delivered Unlike new construction, the upgrade of the existing 5.5-meter stamp-charging coke oven required overcoming challenges such as limited construction conditions, redesigning system architecture, and ensuring compatibility across diverse equipment.
