On June 26, 2026, the inaugural China Railway Logistics Strategic Cooperation Conference, hosted by China State Railway Group Co., Ltd., was grandly held at Beijing Railway Building. As a core strategic partner of China Railway and the world’s largest independent coke producer and supplier, China Risun Group was invited to participate. Led by Vice President Wang Yingqi, the delegation signed the “Coal-to-Coke” integrated logistics package project, marking one of the key achievements of the conference.

The event brought together 108 leading enterprises from the energy, chemical, steel, automotive, and new materials sectors. Discussions focused on building a new railway logistics service system, integrated bulk cargo transportation, digital and intelligent logistics upgrades, and the transition from road to rail transport. China Railway unveiled six innovative logistics services and eight specialized products, followed by a centralized signing ceremony for major cooperation projects.

The “Coal-to-Coke” project signed by China Risun Group aligns closely with China’s “Road-to-Rail” strategy. Leveraging the advantages of large-scale, low-cost, and green railway transport, the project integrates coal inbound and coke outbound logistics, optimizes capacity planning, and enhances efficiency in bulk material turnover. Currently, the Group operates 61.78 km of dedicated railway lines, supported by 37 specialized tracks and fully automated loading and unloading facilities. Its railway logistics network spans 13 regional railway bureaus and 168 freight stations nationwide. Over the past five years, rail freight volume has grown from 11.16 million tons to 17.5 million tons, with 2026 expected to reach 19.73 million tons, significantly reducing costs while improving efficiency.

In the afternoon, China Risun Group and China Railway held a dedicated session, reaching multiple cooperation agreements on capacity assurance, hazardous chemical rail transport, and multimodal transport optimization. Moving forward, the Group will deepen collaboration with China Railway, accelerate the construction of dedicated hazardous chemical rail lines, and advance the implementation of integrated rail-water transport. This will establish a safe, efficient, low-carbon bulk logistics network, supporting the Group’s “15th Five-Year Plan” and contributing to China’s green logistics transformation.

Deputy General Manager of Marketing Lu Xiaofei, Deputy General Manager of Coke Division Bao Qianjin, Deputy General Manager of Chemical Division Zhang Ming, and Market Management Manager Lü Rixing also attended the conference.
