(Hong Kong, 21 June 2025) - China Risun Group Limited (“China Risun”, or the “Group”, stock code: 1907.HK), a leading global integrated coke, coking chemicals and refined chemicals producer and supplier and relevant operation management services provider in China, took over Jilin Dingyun New Energy Co., Ltd. (“Jilin Dingyun”) and started providing operation management services to Jilin Dingyun’s 1.2-million-tonne/year coking chemical facility and 100 million m3/year LNG and supporting facilities.
On 13 June, China Risun and Jilin Dingyun signed the operation management service project agreement at Risun Plaza, headquarters of China Risun. The ceremony was witnessed by Wang Wenjiang, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Chief of Jiangyuan District, Baishan City, Jilin Province, Yang Xuegang, Chairman of China Risun, and Zhu Qingsong, Chairman of Jilin Dingyun. Government officials present at the ceremony included Li Zuchun, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Deputy District Chief of Jiangyuan District, Baishan City, Jilin Province, Niu Rihe, Secretary and Director of the Party Working Committee of the Economic Development Zone, and Lin Tao, Director of the Jiangyuan District Commerce Bureau. The Group’s senior management personnels present included Chen Zhisheng, Director and General Manager of Risun Marketing, Shi Feng, General Manager of Production Technology Department, Lu Libin, Deputy General Manager of Marketing and General Manager of Coke Business Division, and Wang Lixiao, Deputy General Manager of Coke Marketing Business Division. The “Operation Management Services Agreement” was signed by Wang Yingqi, Vice President of China Risun and Chairman of Dingzhou Production Base, and Li Liwei, General Manager of Jilin Dingyun, marking the beginning of substantive cooperation between the two parties.
Established in 2011, Jilin Dingyun is the largest independent coal deep processing enterprise in Jilin Province. Pursuant to the agreement, the Group will set up a professional management team to provide Jilin Dingyun with all-round operation management services covering including corporate management, financial management, production and operations, marketing, organizational optimization, safety and environmental protection, technology upgrades, quality control, project construction, and human resources aspects.
The cooperation will see China Risun fully apply its professional expertise in the coking industry and Jilin Dingyun's regional resource advantages, and via providing comprehensive integrated supply chain services, covering sales, delivery, production and supply, to help the latter improve its operational efficiency and market competitiveness. The two parties will pursue in-depth cooperation in technology, management, and market endeavors to explore a path for high-quality development.
The latest project is the 17th project since the Group began expanding its operation management services business. It will not only enable China Risun to continuously broaden its business presence in northeastern China, but also provide more efficient and higher-quality products and services to customers in Jilin and northeastern China.
