On July 19, 2025, the inaugural meeting of the Hebei Hydrogen Energy Society—established with the approval of the Hebei Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and the Hebei Association for Science and Technology—was held in Zhangjiakou. The event brought together over 150 representatives from government agencies, universities, research institutions, and leading hydrogen energy enterprises across the province.
Risun Group’s subsidiary, Dingzhou Risun Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Risun Hydrogen”), was elected as a founding council member of the Hebei Hydrogen Energy Society, in recognition of its industry leadership and strong reputation within the hydrogen energy sector. In addition, Ms. Li Yanmin, Manager of the Alcohol-Ammonia Business Unit at Risun Marketing Co., Ltd.’s Chemical Division and concurrently Manager of Risun Hydrogen’s Marketing Department, was appointed as a council member of the Society’s first governing board.
The Hebei Hydrogen Energy Society was established to serve as a strategic platform for enhancing coordination and integration across the province’s hydrogen energy industry. Led by SinoHytec Power Technology Co., Ltd., and jointly initiated by Hebei University of Science and Technology, Risun Hydrogen, and other leading institutions and enterprises, the Society brings together top experts and scholars to foster high-level dialogue and regular collaboration. Its mission is to drive breakthroughs in key technologies, accelerate the application of scientific achievements, and support the systematic planning and rational development of Hebei’s hydrogen energy sector.
As a key national industrial base, Hebei Province possesses unique advantages for developing the hydrogen energy industry, including favorable policies, a well-established industrial support system, and successful demonstration projects. Against this backdrop, the establishment of the Hebei Hydrogen Energy Society is both timely and essential. It is poised to become a vital force in integrating provincial resources, coordinating regional development, and advancing technological innovation in hydrogen energy.
Risun Hydrogen remains firmly committed to executing the hydrogen energy strategy outlined by Risun Group.
