October 29, 2025 — China Risun Group is proud to announce the successful launch and commissioning of its Intelligent Inspection Robot System at the Dongming Industrial Park, marking a significant milestone in the Group’s digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing journey.
After nearly six months of development and rigorous testing, the system is now fully operational. Designed around the strategic goals of “mechanization to replace manual labor, automation to reduce staffing, and intelligentization to achieve unmanned operations,” the system integrates mobile robots, fixed pan-tilt units, and intelligent terminals in a multimodal collaborative architecture. This ensures comprehensive inspection coverage while enhancing monitoring frequency and data reliability at critical points.
The system leverages advanced gas sensors, infrared thermal imaging, and high-definition cameras to detect anomalies such as leaks, temperature deviations, and instrument inaccuracies. It supports hourly inspection cycles and enables 24/7 real-time monitoring of liquid ammonia tank pressure, liquid levels, valve status, and leakage risks. Data is automatically collected, intelligently analyzed, and dynamically alerted, with seamless integration into safety and environmental management systems.
Covering 103 inspection points and 115 inspection items across four major categories—including electronic shut-off valves, leak detection, liquid level gauges, and pressure indicators—the system significantly enhances inspection efficiency, quality, and responsiveness. It strengthens intrinsic safety, reduces operational risks and labor intensity, and provides robust support for stable production and high-quality development.
Notably, the system’s core components—including the pan-tilt unit and intelligent terminal—were independently developed by China Risun, forming part of a proprietary digital product series. These components, like the robot body, are designed for full coverage in explosive gas environments, paving the way for breakthroughs in explosion-proof hardware, scalable platform deployment, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
