(December 9, 2025) – Risun Group and the People’s Government of Haibowan District, Wuhai City, held a dialogue and signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement at the Haibowan District Government. The event was attended by Guo Yijie, Member of the Standing Committee of the Wuhai Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Haibowan District Party Committee, and Li Qinghua, Executive President of Risun Group. The meeting and signing ceremony were chaired by Ma Ligang, Deputy District Mayor of Haibowan District.
Other attendees included district leaders and senior executives from Risun Group: Vice President Wang Yingqi, General Manager of Risun Digital Technology Xi Weibao, General Manager of Market Management Department Wang Hanshuang, Deputy General Manager of Risun Hydrogen Energy Xu Liqiang, Executive Deputy General Manager of Risun Coke Marketing Division Chen Yonghui, and Deputy General Manager of Market Management Department Gao Xinqi.
Secretary Guo Yijie extended a warm welcome to the Risun delegation, praising the company’s pragmatic and cooperative spirit. He noted that Risun Group, as a dynamic and innovative enterprise, has reshaped perceptions of traditional coking companies and provided a new path for industrial development in Haibowan District. He emphasized that this partnership represents a key step in implementing new development concepts, building a modern industrial system, and fostering government-enterprise collaboration. Both sides will focus on industrial synergy, innovation empowerment, and green development, while deepening cooperation in resource integration, digital transformation, and emerging industries.
Executive President Li Qinghua expressed strong recognition of Haibowan District’s resource endowment, logistical advantages, and pragmatic approach. He highlighted Risun’s thirty years of industry experience, brand value, and leading capabilities in intelligent R&D and application, which are now being extended to empower the sector. He described the cooperation as a strong alliance of complementary strengths and industrial alignment. Following the signing, Risun Group will accelerate the implementation of the agreement, transforming mutual advantages into new productive forces to support industrial upgrading and contribute to the district’s high-quality economic and social development.
During the dialogue, Vice President Wang Yingqi reviewed the process leading to the cooperation and provided a brief overview of the projects involved.
At the signing ceremony, Deputy District Mayor Ma Ligang and Vice President Wang Yingqi jointly signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between the People’s Government of Haibowan District, Wuhai City, and Risun Group Co., Ltd. on behalf of both parties.
