December 24, 2025 – China Risun Marketing Co., Ltd. (“Risun Marketing”), a subsidiary of China Risun Group, and Wulong Magnesium Co., Ltd. (“Wulong Magnesium”), a subsidiary of Wulong Group, held a signing ceremony at Wulong Group headquarters to formalize a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. This milestone marks the beginning of a close partnership between China Risun and Wulong Group, combining strengths and resources to drive industrial integration, efficiency, and quality improvement in Yanqu County. The collaboration is expected to accelerate regional industrial upgrading and contribute to high-quality economic development.
Wulong Group Chairman Dong Kangdian warmly welcomed the China Risun delegation, introducing Wulong Magnesium’s core strengths and business profile. He emphasized that the partnership represents a significant milestone in Wulong Magnesium’s development, expressing confidence that China Risun’s strong capabilities in technology, management, and market expansion will inject new vitality and open broader growth prospects for the company.
China Risun Executive President Li Qinghua expressed sincere gratitude to all guests attending the ceremony, particularly acknowledging the strong support of the Yanqu County government and the trust of Wulong Group. Following constructive discussions, Wang Hanshuang, General Manager of China Risun’s Market Management Department, and Dong Bing, General Manager of Wulong Magnesium, signed a package of agreements covering joint ventures, entrusted processing, and production technology management services.
