December 15, 2025 – China Risun Hydrogen, a subsidiary of China Risun Group, has once again achieved record-breaking hydrogen output, with November production and sales reaching 2.85 million Nm³. This milestone reinforces the company’s leadership in the hydrogen market nationwide, particularly in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
For the third consecutive year, China Risun Hydrogen has passed the national certification for Low-Carbon, Clean, and Renewable Hydrogen Standards and Evaluation. Certification results show a full lifecycle carbon intensity of just 0.49 kg CO₂e/kg H₂, 90% lower than the national clean hydrogen threshold of 5 kg CO₂e/kg H₂, and well below the EU CBAM requirement of 4.4 kg CO₂e/kg H₂. This positions China Risun’s hydrogen products among the world’s cleanest and supports their entry into international markets.
Leveraging proprietary production processes and a comprehensive carbon management system, China Risun Hydrogen delivers 99.999% purity hydrogen through advanced separation technology. The company has established four high-purity hydrogen bases in Dingzhou, Xingtai, Tangshan, and Hohhot, with five production lines (34 tons/day capacity) and five refueling stations (7 tons/day capacity), enabling annual CO₂ reductions of 58,000 tons.
China Risun is now the nation’s second-largest and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region’s largest high-purity hydrogen supplier. Its clean hydrogen products help customers reduce costs while meeting carbon reduction goals. The company also operates a certified hazardous goods transport fleet with 5.5 tons/day capacity, 142 hydrogen-powered logistics vehicles, and five heavy-truck transport routes. Ongoing projects include the Dingzhou–Gaobeidian long-distance hydrogen pipeline and hydrogen blending into natural gas pipelines, building a regional hydrogen network to enhance supply security and reduce costs.
Looking ahead, China Risun will expand hydrogen production capacity, accelerate pipeline and refueling infrastructure, and broaden applications across logistics, public transport, and industrial sectors. A flagship project in Dingzhou will establish China’s first integrated liquid hydrogen demonstration covering production, storage, transport, refueling, and utilization. The company also plans to advance into green hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol, strengthening its role as a clean energy supplier, ecosystem integrator, and technology innovator.
China Risun Hydrogen remains committed to driving the energy transition with world-class clean hydrogen solutions, contributing to global low-carbon development.
