January 4, 2026 – Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province – On December 31, 2025, at 15:45, the final steel rail was securely laid and fastened, marking the full completion and connection of the dedicated railway line serving China Risun’s Pingxiang Industrial Park.
The railway line extends 5.49 kilometers, including adaptive upgrades to the existing Pingshi Station and construction of a new Risun loading and unloading yard. It will serve as the core logistics channel for coal deliveries into the park and coke shipments out of the facility. Seamlessly connected to the national Shanghai–Kunming Railway trunk line and the Pingshi branch line, the project eliminates the “last mile” bottleneck in rail logistics. This achievement significantly reduces bulk material transport costs, enhances stability and safety, and strengthens regional green rail freight capacity, contributing to optimized transport structures and low-carbon development.
The completion of the railway line establishes an efficient, reliable, and large-scale rail transport system, ensuring stable raw material supply and outbound product delivery for the park. China Risun Pingxiang Industrial Park will now coordinate with national railway authorities for inspection and acceptance, aiming to bring the dedicated line into official operation as soon as possible.
China Risun remains committed to advancing infrastructure that supports industrial efficiency, regional sustainability, and long-term growth.
