December 26, 2025 – Hebei Province, China – The Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has announced the 2025 list of provincial “Robotics+” application scenarios. China Risun Hebei Energy Co., Ltd. (“China Risun Hebei”) successfully secured a place with its Coke Oven Inspection Robot Project, officially recognized as a leading example of robotics integration in industrial operations.

Launched in March 2025, the project reflects China Risun’s commitment to national and provincial directives promoting “Robotics+” applications and the group’s strategy to accelerate digitalization and intelligent transformation. The system deploys three rail-mounted robots equipped with explosion-proof HD cameras, infrared thermometers, multi-gas detectors, and intelligent obstacle avoidance. These robots monitor critical indicators such as furnace cover operations, exhaust valve movements, equipment temperature, and combustible gas concentrations. Data is transmitted for real-time analysis, enabling a combined model of central control room remote monitoring and automated robotic inspection.

This innovation has delivered timely inspection response, reduced manpower requirements, lowered labor intensity, and eliminated safety risks, establishing a precise, efficient, and stable production safety assurance system.

The project’s inclusion in the provincial “Robotics+” program is a strong endorsement of its pioneering, demonstrative, and leading role, as well as recognition of China Risun Hebei’s broader digital transformation efforts. Building on this achievement, the company will expand robotic applications to coal preparation, coking, and chemical production, accelerating digital and intelligent upgrades across its operations.

China Risun Hebei remains committed to advancing full automation, comprehensive informatization, and smart manufacturing, steadily progressing toward intelligent factories, smart industrial parks, and digitalized industry ecosystems.
